Embroidery design the "Windmill" consists of two parts: 1. embroidery onto main fabric 2. FSL (wings mills). To make FSL there is need to put together three layers into hoop : 1.water-soluble stabilizer 2.organza fabric 3. water-soluble stabilizer. FSL to repeat four time (it is 4 winds mills). FSL parts to do affixed to the main embroidery to get 3D embroidery design.
